Eve: I am the great granddaughter of Benjamin Dubrow, who started a chain of popular cafeteria-style restaurants in New York in 1929. The last one closed in 1985. This blog is a place to collect memories, photos, and stories of those restaurants. Unless you're here for the poetry, which is my other blog.
